Dog Nose Print Ornament
Keep fine silver and bronze shining by wearing them often. Natural skin oils help prevent tarnish. When not wearing your piece, store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and toothpaste.
Shipping & Delivery
- Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
- Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
- If a package is marked “Delivered” by the United States Postal Service, it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If you experience a delivery issue, I’m happy to assist in contacting the carrier, but I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
For international orders, I will do everything I can to help locate missing packages, but I am unable to offer refunds for items lost in transit.
Turnaround Times - Custom Pieces
Pieces made from ink or photo: Typically, 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed and a usable print is submitted. During the holiday season, allow 4-5 weeks plus shipping time.
Pieces made from a mold: A mold kit and prepaid return label ship to you after purchase. The sooner you return the molds, the sooner your piece is finished. Allow 4-6 weeks for the full process. Younger children's prints may be less defined, but you will still have a beautiful keepsake.
Returns

Use the kit to create a mold of your dog’s nose (instructions included).

Return the mold using the prepaid label.

I’ll handcraft your ornament from the mold, engrave your pet’s name, and send it back to you.

Your original mold will be returned along with your finished ornament.
