Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom, handmade to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important—please reach out if there are any issues with your order, and I will do my best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
  • Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” by the United States Postal Service, it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you experience a delivery issue, I’m happy to assist in contacting the carrier, but I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

For international orders, I will do everything I can to help locate missing packages, but I am unable to offer refunds for items lost in transit.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with photos, and we can arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Custom Fingerprint Jewelry

From Ink Prints

  • Turnaround time is typically 4 weeks from the time your order is placed and a usable fingerprint is received.
  • Please reach out if you need guidance on capturing a high-quality print.

From Molds

  • The full process typically takes 4–6 weeks from start to finish.
  • A mold kit is shipped out right away. Please contact me if you need the mold asap.
  • A return shipping label will be provided for sending molds back.
  • The faster the molds are returned, the sooner your piece can be completed.
  • While I do my best to meet requested deadlines, turnaround times cannot be guaranteed due to the handmade nature of the process.

Important:
Your final piece will reflect the quality of the mold provided. Lighter or less defined prints may result in softer details, but still create a meaningful and beautiful impression.

Sizing & Adjustments

    If an item does not fit, I’m happy to adjust it for a small fee plus return shipping.

    Hand Stamping & Engraving

    Each piece is hand-stamped, not machine-engraved. This means slight variations are part of the design, making every piece unique.
