Maye Belle Jewelry is designed and handmade entirely by Daria Dzwil, using high-quality materials and an "old school" work ethic. Each piece is genuinely one of a kind. Patterns may vary slightly; stampings may be lighter or darker. That is what makes Daria's work art — something handmade and not machine-made.
The true beauty of each piece lies in its uniqueness — the fingerprint of an individual.
It is common for Daria to remake pieces that come out of the kiln that do not meet her standards. Please be assured that we never ship anything that doesn't meet her rigorous standards.
As Daria says, "I make each piece as if I were gifting it to a friend or family member. I want it to be cherished and passed on as a family keepsake."
Cancellations Accepted Within 24 Hours of Purchase
Please contact Daria (daria@mayabellejewelry.com) within 24 hours to cancel any purchases. Any request for cancelation after 24 hours is for store credit less the shipping and mold material costs if applicable.
If you have a time sensitive order, please select "Priority mail" for shipping. That will alert me that it's time sensitive and I will ship your package via Priority mail and email instructions to you if you are ordering a piece that requires a mold.
No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Orders

If you are ordering a piece that requires a mold, and your mold is received after 6 months or more from the time the order was placed, an invoice will be emailed for the difference of the cost of metal. *I try my best to keep my pieces as affordable as possible, and for this reason, my margins are lower than most retail stores. So, the cost of metal may increase if it's been more than 6 months since you placed your order, I will have to adjust the prices according to the current market price. Thank you for understanding.
Reorders Are Always Welcome
Daria is honored to create your family's keepsakes. However, due to the handmade nature of these pieces, reorders may not be identical to the original order. If it's important to you that the order be as close to the original as possible, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Returns and Exchanges Details
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns, as all items are custom per order and hand crafted.
If an item is damaged, we may offer store credit as a replacement. If a customer receives a piece that does not fit, we are happy to make changes for a fee and additional shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
Once your item is shipped, we will email you the tracking information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the product is returned, additional shipping fees will apply.
International Orders
Please note: Many countries charge a customs fee upon pickup. We do not offer refunds for stolen or missing packages.
- Our turnaround time is typically 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed and a usable fingerprint is submitted online.
- Please send Daria a message (daria@mayabellejewelry.com) if you need step-by-step directions on attaining a quality print.
- I will also communicate to you the current turn around time when you order is placed. During the holiday season, turn around times are typically 4-5 weeks, plus shipping time.
- We provide molds to capture your fingerprints. Daria then crafts a charm based on the mold. See instructions here.
- We will email you a return shipping label, which you can attach to your package once the molds are ready for return. The sooner you return the molds, the sooner we can finish your piece. Daria strives to deliver your fingerprint jewelry by the required date.
- Younger children's prints may not be fully defined, resulting in a less detailed impression, but you will still have a beautiful keepsake of their finger.
- Please allow at last 4-6 weeks for the entire process from start to finish.
- Orders requiring a mold, fingerprint, handwriting, or other customer imagery that are delayed by four months or more may be subject to price changes due to rising raw metal costs.
- Daria hand-stamps each piece to be customized. It is not machine-stamped or engraved, and for that reason, it will not have a "manufactured" look. That is what makes it special, handmade, and one of a kind.
