Shop Policy - Maya Belle Jewelry
About Our Work
Maya Belle Jewelry is designed and handmade entirely by artist Daria Dzwil using high-quality materials. Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Patterns may vary slightly, and stampings may be lighter or darker. That is what makes this work art, not machine-made production.
The true beauty of each piece lies in its uniqueness.
It is common for Daria to remake pieces that come out of the kiln if they don't meet her standards. Nothing ships that she wouldn't be proud to gift to a friend or family member.
Cancellations
Please contact Daria at daria@mayabellejewelry.com within 24 hours of purchase to cancel an order. Cancellation requests after 24 hours will be issued as store credit, less shipping and mold material costs if applicable.
Time-Sensitive Orders
If your order is time-sensitive, please select "Priority Mail" at checkout. This alerts Daria to prioritize your order, and she will email mold instructions promptly if your piece requires one.
Returns and Exchanges
All items are custom and handcrafted per order. We do not offer refunds or returns. If an item arrives damaged, we may offer store credit or a replacement. If a piece doesn't fit, we are happy to make adjustments for a fee plus shipping.
Reorders
Reorders are always welcome. Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, reorders may not be identical to the original. If a close match is important to you, please let Daria know, and she will do her best.
Shipping
Tracking information is emailed once your item ships. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees will apply. We do not offer refunds for stolen or missing packages.
International Orders
Many countries charge a customs fee upon pickup. Customers are responsible for any customs charges.
Turnaround Times
Pieces made from ink or photo: Typically, 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed and a usable print is submitted. During the holiday season, allow 4-5 weeks plus shipping time.
Pieces made from a mold: A mold kit and prepaid return label ship to you after purchase. The sooner you return the molds, the sooner your piece is finished. Allow 4-6 weeks for the full process. Younger children's prints may be less defined, but you will still have a beautiful keepsake.
Pricing Note on Delayed Orders
Orders requiring a mold, fingerprint, handwriting, or other customer imagery that are delayed four months or more may be subject to price adjustments due to changes in raw metal costs.
Hand-Stamped Engravings
Daria hand-stamps each piece. Because it is not machine-engraved, your piece will have the character of handmade work. That is what makes it special and one of a kind.
