Keep fine silver and bronze shining by wearing them often. Natural skin oils help prevent tarnish. When not wearing your piece, store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and toothpaste.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
  • Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” by the United States Postal Service, it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you experience a delivery issue, I’m happy to assist in contacting the carrier, but I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

For international orders, I will do everything I can to help locate missing packages, but I am unable to offer refunds for items lost in transit.

Turnaround Times - Custom Pieces

Pieces made from ink or photo: Typically, 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed and a usable print is submitted. During the holiday season, allow 4-5 weeks plus shipping time.

Pieces made from a mold: A mold kit and prepaid return label ship to you after purchase. The sooner you return the molds, the sooner your piece is finished. Allow 4-6 weeks for the full process. Younger children's prints may be less defined, but you will still have a beautiful keepsake.

Returns

Every piece is handcrafted per order, so we do not offer standard returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out and I will make it right. Contact Daria at daria@mayabellejewelry.com or 215-527-1767.
How do we hold onto our pets forever? I've found a way. Your beloved pet's nose print preserved forever in metal. A piece you can hold. 

Available in fine silver with a sterling silver adjustable chain or bronze with a 14k gold filled chain.
Large charm (about 20mm) in fine silver or bronze.

HOW IT WORKS:
* A mold kit, as well as a pre-paid return label, will be shipped to you right away. (same or next business day)
* Create the mold with the kit materials (instructions included) 
* Return the molds to me with the pre-paid label (if you are outside of the US, please see rules and regulations) 
* I'll handcraft your piece, engrave your pet's name, and ship it back to you! 
* Your original molds will be sent back with your finished piece

Each nose or paw print is unique to each pet, just like a fingerprint!

**Also note that the above images are made from one pup's prints ... your pup's print will not look exactly like the images above, as each animal's prints are unique.

I lost my 15 year old pitbull in May of this year and my 14 year old in November and Daria did a beautiful job of capturing their unique prints in timeless keepsakes that I can treasure forever. I hardly ever take them off and it has helped ease the grief just a bit as I still send them nose kisses in Heaven as iI used to give them when they were here.
