Keep fine silver and bronze shining by wearing them often. Natural skin oils help prevent tarnish. When not wearing your piece, store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and toothpaste.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
  • Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” by the United States Postal Service, it is considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you experience a delivery issue, I’m happy to assist in contacting the carrier, but I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

For international orders, I will do everything I can to help locate missing packages, but I am unable to offer refunds for items lost in transit.

Turnaround Times - Custom Pieces

Pieces made from ink or photo: Typically, 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed and a usable print is submitted. During the holiday season, allow 4-5 weeks plus shipping time.

Pieces made from a mold: A mold kit and prepaid return label ship to you after purchase. The sooner you return the molds, the sooner your piece is finished. Allow 4-6 weeks for the full process. Younger children's prints may be less defined, but you will still have a beautiful keepsake.

Returns

Create a timeless keepsake of your pet's nose or paw print, captured in a photograph or ink impression.  Shown is made from an ink print.

Each necklace includes a single engraved name or engraved initials on the back.  

Silver is pure silver charm paired with a sterling silver adjustable chain. 

PURE SOLID SILVER:
**All of our silver pendants are made by hand and are pure, solid silver, which is .999 as opposed to sterling silver, which is .925.  Since it is solid silver they can be worn in the ocean or shower.

Or chains are sterling silver and adjustable from 22" long to as short as you would like them.  Layer your piece with other chains and change the length of your necklace everyday if you'd like. 

Note that the above images are made from an individual pet's nose print taken from a photograph. Your print will not look exactly like the images above, as each print is unique. Your pet's "fingerprint".
