How It Works:

1. A mold kit and prepaid return label will be shipped to you within 1 business day.

2. Use the kit to create a mold of your dog’s nose (instructions included).

3. Return the mold using the prepaid label.
   (If you're outside the U.S., please contact me for international return details.)

4. I’ll handcraft your ornament from the mold, engrave your pet’s name, and send it back to you.

5. Your original mold will be returned along with your finished ornament.
