We offer free shipping on all US orders via USPS. Orders can take 2-3 business days to process. You will receive tracking information by email once your piece ships. For faster delivery, select Priority Mail at checkout.
Returns

HOW IT WORKS:
* A mold kit, as well as a pre-paid return label, will be shipped to you right away. (same or next business day)
* Create the mold with the kit materials (instructions included)
* Return the molds to me with the pre-paid label (if you are outside of the US, please see rules and regulations)
* I'll handcraft your piece, engrave your pet's name, and ship it back to you!
* Your original molds will be sent back with your finished piece
Each nose or paw print is unique to each pet, just like a fingerprint!
PURE SILVER/ STERLING SILVER
All of the silver pendants are made by hand and are pure, solid silver, which is .999 as opposed to sterling silver, which is .925. Because it is solid silver, it contains NO nickel, and therefore should not tarnish, even when worn in the shower or ocean. It's also best to wear it constantly.
SOLID BRONZE/ 14KT GF
Bronze is extremely strong and durable. It's a wonderful alternative to gold for the pricepoint. All of the images you see in gold are a bronze pendant with a 14k gold filled chain. Bronze will naturally patina over time, if you prefer to keep it shiny, you can use a polishing cloth. It's also best to wear it constantly. The chains are all 14kt gold filled and will not tarnish in water.
