* Return the molds to me with the pre-paid label (if you are outside of the US, please see rules and regulations)
* I'll handcraft your piece, engrave your pet's name, and ship it back to you!
* Your original molds will be sent back with your finished piece

**All of our silver pendants are made by hand and are pure, solid silver, which is .999 as opposed to sterling silver, which is .925. Since it is solid silver, it contains NO nickel, and therefore should not tarnish, even when worn in the ocean or shower. It's best to wear your piece every day.
